Karlsruher SC has signed central midfielder Tim Civeja from 1. FC Saarbrücken. The 24-year-old is the fifth new signing for the Baden-based second-tier club. Civeja played for the Saarlanders in the past three seasons. In the previous season, the two-footed midfielder made 35 appearances in the league, scoring five goals and providing seven assists. Civeja also played three times in the Bundesliga for FC Augsburg.
